A city of contrasts between East and West, Bangkok does not disappoint, especially at 5 30 in the morning. The urban landscape is a dynamic mix of shopping centres, temples and business devoid of any evidence of foreword planning, making it one of the most interesting cities to visit.

Enjoying the sites during my morning stint across the Quay St Bridge through Bundaberg to Goodwood Rd on the southern side. A mercury of seven degrees ensured that the run was brisk at the best of times. Unfortunately it can only get worse as we delve further south
